2014: A Year in Review

December 31, 2014

Wow.  Looking back, it's a bit overwhelming to see all that has happened this past year.  I left the Army after over 9 years, I got engaged to the sweetest man in the world, I moved to a new state (7th state in 6 years), I bought a beach home with my family, I got married (and had the wedding of my dreams), I completed two triathlons, my home was featured on The Everygirl, I grew tremendously as a blogger (although I still have so much to learn), I took on some decorating/styling projects, and a whole bunch of other things happened that I can't even remember at the moment.  It has been a great year; one full of opportunities that I never knew existed, full of memories I'll never forget, full of life changing decisions that have drastically changed my life for the better.  All that being said, I'm crazy excited for 2015 to get here.  I have some great blog posts coming up, another featured home tour in the works (fingers crossed!), an Etsy store opening (very soon, I promise!), and so much more!  Thank you to all of my readers who have followed along this past year.  Seeing your comments truly warm my heart, and it makes me so happy and excited to see that my ideas are helpful or inspiring to those of you who follow along.  I hope you all have a Happy New Year, and I can't wait to see you back here in 2015!
